How it works, start to finish

From list handoff to your phone ringing with warm patients — here's the whole process, with nothing hidden.

Step 1 — Onboarding

A 10-minute setup. That's your entire time investment.

On one short call we cover three things:

  • Your list. You export inactive patients from your practice management system — name, phone, email, last visit date. Our upload has no fields for clinical or treatment data, so there's nothing sensitive to send.
  • Your script. We draft the calling script in your practice's voice — how we introduce ourselves, what we offer, what we never say. You approve it before we make a single call.
  • Your front desk. We agree on transfer hours and give your team one simple instruction: when we call, we'll say "I have [patient name] on the line, they'd like to book." That's the whole training.
Step 2 — We call

Our team works your list. Yours doesn't lift a finger.

We call during sensible hours, on behalf of your practice, by name, from the first sentence. Patients hear a friendly follow-up from their own practice — because that's exactly what it is. No pressure tactics, no scripts that make your practice look bad.

Not interested? Polite thank-you, marked off the list, never bothered again. Interested but can't talk now? We schedule a callback. Ready to book? That's when your phone rings.

Step 3 — The warm transfer

What a transfer sounds like for your front desk

  1. Your front desk answers a normal incoming call.
  2. They hear: "Hi, this is Florida Contacts calling for [practice name] — I have Maria on the line, she's been meaning to come back in and would like to book an appointment."
  3. We drop off; your team books Maria into the schedule the way they book anyone else.

The patient never gets a voicemail loop, a link, or a "someone will call you back." They talk to your real front desk while their motivation is still warm — that's the entire point of transferring live, mid-call.

Every week

Weekly reporting and itemized billing

Once a week you get a plain-English summary:

  • How many patients we called and reached
  • Every booked appointment, listed by name — the exact appointments you're billed $50 for
  • Who asked not to be contacted again (removed permanently)
  • What's left on the list

Your invoice matches the report line for line. If the report shows zero bookings, the invoice shows zero dollars. You can stop at any time — there's no contract.

Transparent pricing

Two numbers. That's the whole price list.

No contracts, no monthly minimums, no software licenses. If we don't book appointments, you don't pay for appointments.

$250
One-time setup

Covers onboarding, list intake, calling scripts written for your practice, and transfer setup with your front desk. Paid once, ever.

$50
Per booked appointment

You only pay when a patient is actually booked on your schedule. Billed weekly with an itemized list of every appointment.

The risk is on us, not you. A slow week costs you nothing. Cancel anytime — there is no contract to get out of.
