Your best med spa clients didn't leave. They just stopped rebooking.
Repeat-treatment clients — tox, filler, facials, laser packages — quietly lapse all the time. We call them on behalf of your spa and warm-transfer the ones ready to rebook, live, to your front desk.
- Personal
- A live agent — never a bot — who listens first and understands why each customer left before anything else.
- Professional
- Every call is made on behalf of your business, in your name, to a standard your brand would recognize.
- Purposeful
- Each conversation moves toward the right next step — resolve a concern, renew interest, or bring them back — and every outcome lands in your portal.
What is your lapsed client list worth?
A regular injectable or membership client is often worth well over $1,000 a year. Run your numbers — conservatively.
Conservative estimate. Math: clients × rate = clients recovered; recovered × yearly value = revenue recovered. Our cost is $250 setup + $50 per warm transfer — nothing else, and you review every transfer before it's charged.
How a campaign runs
Three steps. The only one that involves you is the first.
You send us your lapsed client list
Clients overdue for their next treatment, stalled series, expired packages. Name, phone, email, last visit date only — never treatment history or photos.
We call them
A polished, concierge-style follow-up on behalf of your spa, using a script you approve. Our team, our time — your front desk stays focused on the clients in the room.
Your front desk gets a warm transfer
When a client is ready to rebook, we transfer live and introduce them. Your team books the treatment and takes it from there.
Why businesses hand this to us instead of doing it in-house
Your front desk is serving the client in front of them
Outbound rebooking calls lose to the walk-in, the checkout, and the ringing phone every single time. We do nothing but work your lapsed list.
No new software, no booking-system access
We don't need logins to your booking platform. One exported list is the whole handoff — nothing for your team to install or learn.
A rebooked client costs a fraction of a new one
Acquiring a new aesthetics client through paid social is expensive and slow. Reactivating someone who already loves your work costs far less — only when they book.
Built by people who've run retention floors, not a marketing agency that added a phone
Before Florida Contacts, our operations leadership managed customer retention programs for a national telecom carrier — the kind of operation where win-back rates are reviewed weekly and excuses aren't a metric. We brought that discipline to businesses that could never buy it before.
Delivery runs on a calling operation that has already worked carrier retention programs, managed from Florida with scripts we write and QA we own. Every campaign gets the same treatment a carrier contract gets: a written script your business approves, call dispositions on every dial, and a reporting portal you can check at 2am if you feel like it. Questions med spas ask us
Our brand experience is everything. Will your calls match it?
We call on behalf of your spa, by name, with a script you approve before we dial. It sounds like a concierge follow-up from your own front desk — because that's the standard we write to.
Our clients book injectables on a cycle. Can you time the calls?
Yes. If your list includes last-visit dates, we prioritize clients whose typical rebooking window has passed — the tox client at month five, the facial series that stalled at session two.
Where does our customer data live?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, access-controlled, isolated per client. We take contact fields only — name, phone, email, last visit date — and we delete your list on request. Details on the security page.
What data do you actually need from us?
Name, phone, email, and last visit date. That's it. No treatment history, no photos, no notes — our upload has no fields for any of it.
Do people know who's calling?
Yes, from the first sentence. We call on behalf of your business, by name. Someone who isn't interested gets a polite thank-you and goes on your do-not-call list — burning your reputation to juice our transfer count would be a stupid trade.
What if nobody picks up or wants to come back?
Then the one-time setup fee is all you ever pay. The per-transfer fee (see pricing below) exists only when a live, interested customer is on the phone with your team — and you review every transfer in your portal before Monday's charge runs.
How fast can we start?
About a week from list handoff. Your part takes roughly ten minutes; the rest of the week is us writing your script, scrubbing the list against do-not-call registries, and setting up the transfer flow with your team.
Are the calls made by AI?
No. Robocalls are the reason your customers stopped answering the phone — we're not going to fix that problem with more of it. Live agents, working from a script your business approved.
Two numbers. That's the whole price list.
These two numbers are the entire price list for performance programs — printed, not quoted. No software licenses, nothing hidden.
Onboarding, list intake, calling scripts written for your business, and transfer setup with your front desk. Paid once, ever.
Charged only when a live, interested customer is on the phone with your team. Billed weekly, itemized by name — and you approve or dispute every transfer in your portal before the charge runs.
Gyms and membership businesses run at $30 per transfer (membership math is different, so the price is too). Prefer to pay only for appointments that actually book? We quote a per-kept-appointment rate on request — it's higher, for the obvious reason. Telecom and subscription programs run on dedicated seats, scoped and quoted in one call: see the contact center division.
Your lapsed clients already trust you with their face.
A 15-minute call is enough to size your rebooking opportunity.
