Terms of Service

Short and readable on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before signing up.

1. The service

Florida Contacts contacts inactive patients or clients on behalf of your practice, using a contact list you provide, and live-transfers interested individuals to your front desk to book appointments. We provide the people, phones, scripts (which you approve), and weekly reporting. You provide the list and answer the transfers during agreed hours.

2. Pricing and billing

Pricing is a one-time $250 setup fee plus $50 per booked appointment. A "booked appointment" means an individual from your list who, as a result of our outreach, is scheduled onto your calendar. Billing is weekly and itemized: every invoice lists each booked appointment by name so you can verify it against your schedule. If a booked appointment was billed in error, tell us and we'll credit it. There are no other fees, minimums, or charges of any kind.

3. No contract, cancel anytime

There is no term commitment. You can pause or stop the service at any time by email or phone; you owe only for appointments already booked. We can also end the engagement with notice, in which case any unused portion of work simply stops being billed.

4. Your list, your responsibility for consent

You confirm that the contact lists you provide are yours to share for this purpose — i.e., they contain your own patients or clients, with contact fields only (name, phone, email, last visit date), and that contacting them on your behalf is consistent with your own policies and applicable law. We will honor every do-not-contact request immediately and permanently.

5. Data handling

We handle your list as described on our Security page and Privacy Policy: contact fields only, encrypted in transit and at rest, access-controlled, isolated per practice, deleted on request. We never accept clinical or treatment data, and you agree not to send it.

6. No guarantees of results

We're honest about this: we cannot guarantee how many patients will rebook. What we guarantee instead is the pricing structure — if nothing books, you owe nothing beyond the setup fee.

7. Liability

Our total liability for anything arising from this service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
