Privacy Policy
Plain English, because you should actually be able to read this.
Who we are
Florida Contacts ("we," "us") is a patient reactivation service based in Central Florida, owned and operated by Angel Davila. You can reach us anytime at angeldavila@floridacontacts.com or (321) 578-9756.
Information from website visitors
If you just browse this site, we collect very little: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site running. If you book a call through our scheduling link, the scheduling provider collects the name, email, and time you choose, under its own privacy policy. We don't run invasive ad trackers, and we don't buy or sell visitor data.
Information from our clients
When a practice becomes a client, we collect business contact details (practice name, address, contact person, phone, email) and billing information needed to invoice for our services. We use it to deliver the service, send weekly reports, and bill accurately — nothing else.
Client-provided contact lists
Clients provide us lists of their inactive patients or clients containing only contact fields: name, phone number, email address, and last visit date. We use these lists for exactly one purpose — contacting those individuals on behalf of the practice that provided them. We never use one client's list for another client, never use lists for our own marketing, and never sell, rent, or share them with anyone. Individuals who ask not to be contacted again are permanently marked and not called again. Lists are handled per the practices on our Security page: encrypted in transit and at rest, access-controlled, and isolated per practice.
We do not sell data. Period.
Not visitor data, not client data, not list data. Our only revenue is the pricing on our homepage.
Deletion requests
Any client can ask us to delete their contact lists and account data at any time. Any individual who believes they are on a list we hold can ask to be removed and deleted. Email angeldavila@floridacontacts.com and we will confirm the deletion.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date below. We won't quietly weaken it.
